Being a part of Angels Are Networking has been a great experience! Within one month of joining, we had already recouped our annual membership fee as well as gained a profit, by participating in one of the Networking Mixers as a vendor.
From my experience, the Network provides a warm market environment that creates the opportunity to establish relationships which could lead to brand exposure, business expansion, increase in sales, as well residual income and more. The members are from diverse established backgrounds who each make a significant contribution to the wealth of knowledge that the Network gives us access to.

After attending the Dinner Networking Mixer and meeting that night the owner of Tin Pumpkin, I met with her the following Friday. She introduced me to a friend who said she would be willing to take a look at my website and hit me with a few ideas on how to gain better traction. And also, after sharing at the Mixer with others about my Fat ties, one of the producers from 310 MusicGroup reached out to me to potentially order some custom ties for one of his singing groups. I plan on connecting with him this week.
At first I wasn't quite sure if this network would benefit me, mainly because I already know a lot of people in my corporate circle and also through my time as former President of BDPA. However, after just attending one Mixer, I am excited to say that this is about making one connection at a time. This is working. The Angels are Networking!

My first Angels Network Mastermind meeting was quite an eye opening experiene. My expectation going in was to learn how networking can be used to enhance and further one's business. Mission accomplished, but I unexpectedly learned that I need to sharpen my presentation skills in a group setting. My interactons with clients about my medical device have typically been one on one sessions where I explain the science and benefits of the device while conducting a demonstration. No problem there. But introduce a few other people to the mix along with a camera and my thoughts become scrambled and I'm speech impaired. I look forward to growing into a relaxed, confident, and competent presenter of the amazing medical device that is improving lives worldwide.

When my wife and I first launched our new businesses in May of this year, Charmaine not only marketed and referred many customers to our establishment, but she even provided a pool of event planners for hire when we asked for her help. I recently had the pleasure of attending “Angels Are Networking & Venture Capitalists “event, which was my first business Mixer with Angels Are Networking. I was very impressed with the guest speakers as well as the wealth of knowledge that made up the room.
The wide range of entrepreneurs at the event made networking exciting. It felt refreshing being able to be around like minded individuals, who were all eager to share their passion of business.
Overall, I learned a lot and met several amazing people. I stayed the entire night and it still felt like it ended too soon. I’m definitely looking forward to the next event!

As a playwright and actress, when I was asked to rebirth a final performance of my play Jamaica Farewell for a special Director viewing, and to do it within 4 weeks of the request.
I knew I needed two things to make this a successful event.
1) I needed ACCESS to a pool of people that I did not have access to that would come and see my play.
2) I needed someone in the Atlanta area that would help me market and promote my event, because I reside in Calif.
So it was a no-brainer to immediately join and become a member of Angels Are Networking, LLC in anticipation that it could provide both.
My flyer was promoted to their email distribution group and 28 Angels showed up to support my play. The theatre seated 100 people and Angels Are Networking filled over 25%+ and proved that not only can they deliver but they greatly exceeded my target number that I was expecting.
I successfully performed my play Jamaica Farewell in Atlanta and am very grateful for the amazing support I received from Angels Are Networking. I was thrilled at all the wonderful people who came out to support. It was a very important night because I had an acclaimed Director viewing the performance, so having a great responsive audience really helped me to give my best performance.
Charmaine was also the best host of my Play and I’m so happy to be part of this amazing network. Thank you Angels Are Networking for such a successful event and I look forward to renewing my membership next year.
